There are a total of 9 Golf Tees/Holes in Fortnite that you can score from for the week 5 challenge “Hit a golf ball from tee to green on different holes”. You only need to hit the green at 5 of them for the challenge.

Do note, you need to win/lose the game for it to count towards the challenge. You cannot just quit.
